Enjoy your photos being placed on a world map. PhotoMap is a photo gallery that lets you browse through your geo photos in a fascinating way. It helps you finding and visiting beautiful or important locations again. Relive your vacation by jumping virtually from location to location. PhotoMap presents your pictures where you took them. It also enables you to describe beautiful moments by adding photo captions stored in the photos’ metadata. Show your partner, friends and colleagues where you have been, whether on vacation, at the weekend, on an excursion, on a business trip, or just on a usual day. Recommend your favorite places, e.g. your favorite restaurants, cafés, clubs, lookout points and so on.
If your photos have no geo position until now, please activate the “store location” option of your camera app or simply use the integrated camera starter in PhotoMap. Then your future photos will be tagged with geo positions (latitude, longitude, and altitude). You can also use my app MapCam to take pictures with precise positions.
